Structure

To start with the structure, I first made each structural floor slab. I will calculate the exact thickness needed in a different subject, so the thickness might change in the future.
The building has basement, ground floor, and four apartment floors:

After that, I made the main structural walls on every floor of the north and south facade, as well as around the parking lot on the basement level. Since I am currently rehabilitating the east and west facade in another subject, I will not make them at the moment. I used curtain wall with standard bricks leaving some room for insulation, air and finishes:
