Initiation of Revit project of Cala Viña housing

This semester in GIS (Geographical Information System), the challenge is to build a project from scratch using Revit. I have chosen last year's project from Cala Viña, where we turned a hotel into apartment housing. I am also working with this project in several other subjects, so the building constantly changing.

The building is situated in Cap Salou, Tarragona, and was designed by architects Antoni Bonet Castellana and Josep Puid Torne in 1961.
The plot is at a walking distance from the sea and the beach, and right next to a natural reserve.

Our project second semester 2016 was to convert the hotel building into a housing block included community spaces designated for both the inhabitants of the apartment complexes and the housing block whom share the plot.

My design revolves around making apartments that feel like houses (with large private gardens or terraces, with two storeys, and all ammenities and luxuries you would have in a house), but with the benefit of being a part of a larger community.

I have plenty of plans, elevations and sections of my proposal, but I think it would be very helpfull with a Revit-model of it to explain it better, and that is what we are making in this subject. Let's start!
