After editing the file a lot, I have also made new renders in daylight, at dusk and at night.
It was difficult to move the camera to a nice view, and it was difficult to get the right amount of light so that the lamps would also show. In the end, the artificial light can not be strong enough to show clearly at dusk, but you can see that they are there.
